I grew up in a fairly musical atmosphere within the confines of a beautifully artistic city known as Detroit. A fractal was raised in the church, another rocked to sleep by grandad's brass and woodwind practicing from the basement, another steeped in the resurgence of Pop, and another hovering over beautiful timeless sheet music from the choral genre; all of which have lead to my affliction for music that bring the feels and evoke a myriad of vibes.

At the core of my musical taste, is high art--be there superior vocals, composition, or spirituality. The touchstone of my taste is humanity and I've found I enjoy music that is either a salve to the struggle of modern day humanity or evokes what it is to feel it.
